Clinical Hypnotherapy

At Healing Suggestions I am dedicated to offering unique and powerful hypnotherapy treatments, to enable you to deal with any possible phobia, habit, anxiety, pain or stress, and much more.

My name is Jay Macleod (BSc (Hons), CHT, AHA, UKCHO Registered (82708), AAH certified) and I specialise in clinical hypnotherapy for STOP SMOKING and WEIGHT CONTROL, as well as dealing with many other issues (some of which are listed on the About Hypnosis page).

Hypnotherapy is a means of communication. If the wrong message is communicated, you won't gain relief from your issues - you won't stop smoking, be free from phobias or loose weight etc. I, therefore, make sure that we get to the heart of the problem with you before giving you any treatment.
