My name is Jay Macleod BSc(Hons), DipCAH, HPD, CBT(Hyp), PNLP, MNCH(Lic), AHA, CNHC Registered (001519-L10), AAH certified.
I have a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy certified by the National Council for Hypnotherapy, of which I am a member. I also have a Diploma in CBT Skills for Hypnotherapists, certified by the NCFE.
I'm a Registered Member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (no. 001519-L10). The CNHC ‘quality mark' is being recognised as the hallmark of quality for the sector and the Department of Health recommends that, where CNHC registers the professional discipline in question, you consult with someone who is CNHC registered.
I am also a member of the UK Hypnotherapy Association and the American Alliance of Hypnotists. I'm UKCHO Registered (no.82708) and a 'Verified Practitioner' listed on the Hypnotherapy Register. I also have a registered NHS supplier number.
